TERR 是一個應用程式平台，旗下包含多種不同類型的應用。平台整體適用年齡為 17 歲（含）以上，主因在於部分應用具備使用者即時聊天與互動功能，所有互動內容均由使用者自行產生，開發者不對任何用戶生成內容負責。
為何限制 17 歲以上？
1. 平台內含互動聊天類應用
TERR 平台旗下涵蓋多種應用，其中部分應用提供使用者之間的即時聊天與社交互動功能。由於對話內容為開放式的用戶生成內容（User-Generated Content），其中可能包含不適合未成年人的文字、圖片或連結，我們無法對所有內容進行即時的全面審查。
2. 平台整體一致性分級
為確保使用者在切換各應用時有一致的安全保障，TERR 平台採用統一的年齡分級標準。儘管部分應用本身不含聊天功能，平台整體仍設定為 17 歲以上，符合 Apple App Store 與 Google Play 對含互動功能之應用平台的分級建議。
3. 免責聲明
TERR 平台及其旗下各應用，對使用者於聊天及互動功能中所產生、傳送或接收的任何內容，不承擔任何法律責任。所有內容均代表發送者個人立場，與平台開發者無關。如發現違規內容，請使用應用程式內的「檢舉」功能通報。
給家長的提醒
若您的子女未滿 17 歲，請勿讓其使用 TERR 平台及其旗下任何應用。本平台並非為兒童或青少年設計，亦不蒐集 13 歲以下兒童的任何個人資料。

TERR is an application platform hosting multiple apps of different types. The platform is rated for users aged 17 and above, primarily because certain apps within the platform include real-time chat and user interaction features. All user-generated content is the sole responsibility of the user who created it; the developer assumes no liability for any such content.
Why is TERR rated 17+?
1. Interactive Chat Apps Within the Platform
TERR is a platform that hosts a variety of apps. Some of these apps provide real-time messaging and social interaction between users. Because all chat content is open-ended and user-generated, it may contain text, images, or links that are not suitable for minors. We are unable to conduct real-time comprehensive moderation of all content.
2. Unified Platform Age Rating
To ensure a consistent level of safety as users move between apps on the platform, TERR applies a unified age rating across all its apps. Even apps that do not include chat features fall under this platform-wide standard. This is consistent with Apple App Store and Google Play guidelines for platforms featuring interactive functionality.
3. Disclaimer
The TERR platform and all apps within it assume no legal liability for any content created, sent, or received by users through chat and interaction features. All content represents the views of the individual sender and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the developer. If you encounter inappropriate content, please use the in-app "Report" function.
Notice for Parents
If your child is under 17, please do not allow them to use the TERR platform or any of its apps. TERR is not designed for children or teenagers, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
